Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WiFi Key Map mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country/region) to use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.
3. The Service
WiFi Key Map helps you find free WiFi hotspots around you, run speed tests, view network information (such as SSID, signal, IP, and gateway), scan and share WiFi via QR codes, generate WiFi passwords, and save your own WiFi passwords in a PIN-locked vault on your device. Availability and results may vary by device, region, and network conditions, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Ads and Purchases
The App is free to download and use and is supported by third-party advertising (for example, Google AdMob). Where required, we ask for your consent before serving personalized ads (see the Privacy Policy). The App currently offers no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. If paid features are added in the future, they will be sold through Google Play Billing, with any applicable auto-renewal terms and cancellation instructions disclosed at the point of sale; you may cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before renewal in your Google Play account settings, and refunds are handled under Google Play policy and applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- access, or attempt to access, any WiFi network, router, or device without authorization from its owner;
- disrupt or interfere with the App, its security, or its advertising, or bypass ads or access controls;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the App; or
- infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Third-party names and marks (including WiFi network names you encounter) belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, and attribution) and can open external websites and links, each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Network information, hotspot locations, and speed-test results are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The App does not provide professional advice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. The App does not help you access networks you are not authorized to use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
