Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WaveCleaner mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. The Service

WaveCleaner plays calibrated sound-wave frequencies and vibration patterns through your device's speaker to help clear trapped water and loosen dust, and provides tone-generation and speaker-test tools. The App uses sound and vibration only. It does not physically open, blow air into, dry, or repair your device, and results depend on your device and the amount of water or debris present. The App is not a substitute for professional repair of water-damaged devices, and we do not guarantee removal of water or debris. Use the App at a comfortable volume to protect your hearing and your speaker. Availability may vary by region and change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

4. Purchases and Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising (including banner, native, app-open, and interstitial ads served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners). The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads, processed through Google Play Billing. This purchase is a one-time, non-subscription purchase and does not auto-renew. You can restore a previous purchase using the in-app "Restore purchase" option. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and your applicable consumer-law rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; not to bypass ads, purchase controls, or other access controls; not to use bots, scrapers, or automated means; and not to infringe any third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, trademarks, tones, and content, is owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments) and displays third-party advertising content, each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of ads served through them.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The App does not provide professional device-repair advice, and we do not warrant that it will remove water or debris, or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damage to your device, speaker, or hearing arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are preserved.
