WaveCleaner ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

WaveCleaner is a utility that plays calibrated sound-wave frequencies and vibration to help clear trapped water and loosen dust from your device's speaker, and to test your speaker's sound. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

WaveCleaner does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name or email to use its features. We do not collect your photos, contacts, files, or precise (GPS) location. The App and the third-party services it uses automatically collect the following limited information, which leaves your device:

• Device and advertising identifiers — including the Google Advertising ID (AAID) and other device identifiers, used for advertising, attribution, and analytics.
• Approximate location — a coarse, non-precise location derived from your IP address by our advertising and analytics partners (we do not use GPS).
• App activity / interactions — how you use the App (features opened, screens viewed, in-app events), for analytics and to improve the App.
• Crash logs and diagnostics — technical information about crashes and performance (device model, OS version, app version, diagnostic data).
• Purchase status — whether you have purchased the ad-removal option, so we can honor and restore it. Payment card details are handled by Google Play, not by us.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the App's features;
• display advertising and measure its performance;
• understand usage through analytics and improve the App;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• process and restore in-app purchases; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited information described above with the third-party services listed in Section 3 so they can perform advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment functions; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

• Consent — for personalized advertising and, where required, analytics.
• Legitimate interests — for core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and improving the App.
• Contract / legal obligation — to process purchases and meet legal requirements.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see Sections 3 and 7).

6. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Advertising, attribution, and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention policy; crash and diagnostic data are retained for a limited period to diagnose and fix issues.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correct, delete, port, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, and correct your data, opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
• Other regions (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA): equivalent rights under your local law.

To exercise any right, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co. Because WaveCleaner has no user accounts, please include your advertising ID and device details in your request so we can identify the relevant data.

8. Children's Privacy

WaveCleaner is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it. We handle age-related obligations consistent with COPPA and the applicable age of digital consent in the EEA.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

10. Data Security

All data collected by the App is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
