Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voxlock mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher local age of digital consent) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

Voxlock is a custom lock-screen utility that secures your device with a voice, PIN, pattern, or time-based unlock and lets you personalize your lock screen. The App requires certain device permissions (such as display-over-other-apps and running a foreground service) to show the lock screen when your device wakes. Availability may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

Not a replacement for your device's built-in security. Voxlock adds a customizable lock layer and does not guarantee that your device cannot be accessed by other means. You are responsible for remembering your unlock method; we cannot recover it for you.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and supported by advertising. It does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Ads are served by third-party networks subject to their own terms; see our Privacy Policy for details and your ad-choice controls.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, disrupt its operation, bypass ads or access controls, use bots or scrapers, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, themes, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Third-party marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, and attribution), each subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tranquil Mind Technology JSC against claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
