Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stikopop mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

Stikopop lets you turn photos into custom stickers and memes — with tools for automatic background removal, meme and custom text, freehand drawing, an eraser, layers, and undo/redo — organize them into sticker packs, browse a Discover feed of curated packs, and share your creations through other apps. Availability may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads

The App is free to download and supported by advertising. An optional Premium upgrade removes ads and unlocks the full experience. Premium is offered as a Weekly or Monthly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, all processed through Google Play Billing.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the images, text, memes, and stickers you create, edit, and share using the App ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights to any content you use and that your User Content does not infringe others' rights or violate any law. You must not use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.

You also agree not to use the App unlawfully; disrupt or interfere with it; bypass ads, paywalls, or access controls; use bots or scrapers; or infringe intellectual-property rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, software, and trademarks are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own User Content. Third-party names and marks (including messaging platforms and pop-culture references) belong to their respective owners; their appearance in or compatibility with the App does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments) and may display third-party content in the Discover feed, each subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that background removal or other automated tools will produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
