Privacy Policy
Stikopop ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Stikopop is a sticker-pack maker that turns your photos into custom stickers and memes to share in your favorite chat and social apps. You do not need to create an account to use it, and the photos you edit are processed on your device.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to register an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts. The photos and images you edit are processed on your device (including automatic background removal) and are not uploaded to our servers.
We and our third-party partners automatically collect the following, which leaves your device to provide advertising, analytics, and app functionality:
- Device and advertising identifiers — such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) and app-instance identifiers, used for ads, attribution, and analytics.
- Approximate (coarse) location — derived from your IP address by advertising partners for ad targeting and measurement. We do not collect precise/GPS location.
- App activity — in-app events and interactions (e.g. features used, screens viewed) for analytics and advertising.
- Purchase information — your purchase and subscription status for Premium (via Google Play Billing), used to unlock features and for revenue measurement.
- Crash logs and diagnostics — technical information about crashes and performance to keep the App stable.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the App and its sticker-creation features;
- Show and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted;
- Analytics and product improvement;
- Fraud prevention, security, and abuse detection;
- Process and validate Premium purchases and subscriptions;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following data-transmitting services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Firestore) | Analytics, crash reporting, configuration, sticker catalog | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Advertising | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Meta Audience Network | Advertising (mediation) | facebook.com/about/privacy |
| Adjust | Attribution & marketing analytics | adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy |
| AppsFlyer | Attribution & marketing analytics | appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy |
| Google Play Billing | Purchases & subscriptions | policies.google.com/privacy |
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the data described above with the advertising, analytics, and attribution partners listed in Section 3 so they can provide their services; for legal reasons (to comply with law or protect rights and safety); and in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).
5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)
- Consent — personalized ads and analytics where consent is required;
- Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement;
- Contract / legal obligation — processing purchases and meeting legal requirements.
6. Data Retention
We and our partners keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention schedule; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period to resolve stability issues.
7. Your Rights
- GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): the right to know, delete, and correct; to opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising; and to non-discrimination.
- Other regions (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA): equivalent rights under your local law.
Because the App has no accounts, please contact us at the email in Section 13 and include your advertising ID and device details so we can identify and action the relevant data. You can also exercise ad choices directly via the controls in Section 3.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Consistent with COPPA and the applicable age of digital consent in the EEA/UK, if we learn that a child has provided such information, we will delete it. The App uses personalized advertising and is not designed for a child audience.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
10. Data Security
Data transmitted off the device is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Third-Party Content
The App's Discover feed shows sticker packs and content delivered from our servers and partners. We are not responsible for third-party content or links you may access, and you should review the applicable third-party policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
