Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sticker Lab mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. The Service

Sticker Lab lets you turn your photos into custom stickers using on-device AI background removal and an editor (text, emojis, decorations, shapes, frames, filters, and more), organize them into packs, and export or share them to other apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Availability and features may vary by region and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the photos and other content you import into, create with, and share from the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. Your photos and stickers are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us; you alone control where you export or share them.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It offers optional purchases to remove ads and unlock the "Premium" experience:

• Subscriptions (e.g. weekly and monthly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase are sold through Google Play Billing.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Google Play account is charged at confirmation and upon each renewal.
• Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and any consumer rights that apply to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; not to bypass ads, paywalls, or access controls; not to use bots, scrapers, or automated means; and not to create or share content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, software, trademarks, and our own content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Bundled emoji and sticker artwork is provided under open licenses, including Twemoji by Twitter/X (CC-BY 4.0) and Fluent Emoji by Microsoft; those assets remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party names and marks (including WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, and Discord) belong to their owners and are referenced only to describe interoperability — their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment processing (see the Privacy Policy). Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their practices or content.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results (such as automatic background removal) will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law are preserved.
