Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sound Lab mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. The Service

Sound Lab is a speaker-cleaning and audio-testing toolkit that uses calibrated tones and vibration to help expel water and dust from your device speaker and to test sound quality.

Important: the App works with your device's own speaker using sound and vibration only. It does not open, physically repair, or guarantee repair of any hardware, and results vary by device. It is not a medical or diagnostic tool — the Hearing Test and Anti-Mosquito features are provided for entertainment only. Use a moderate volume to protect your hearing and your device. Availability may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It offers an optional Premium upgrade that removes ads, available as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and monthly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase, sold through Google Play Billing.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully; not to disrupt or interfere with its operation; not to bypass ads, purchase controls, or other access controls; not to use bots or scrapers; and not to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments (see the Privacy Policy for the full list). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee any particular result from the cleaning, testing, or hearing features. The App is not professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damage to your device, speaker, or hearing arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are preserved.
