Sound Lab ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Sound Lab is a speaker-cleaning and audio-testing toolkit that uses calibrated tones and vibration to help expel water and dust from your device speaker and to test sound quality. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and the App has no login or profile. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone audio, or camera data. The App plays and generates sound and vibration on your own device.

We (and the third-party services in Section 3) automatically collect a limited set of data needed to run, secure, measure, and monetize the App:

• Device and advertising identifiers — including the Google Advertising ID (AAID), and app-instance / installation identifiers used for advertising, attribution, and analytics.
• Approximate location — coarse location derived from your IP address by advertising and analytics providers. We do not collect precise GPS location, and the App requests no location permission.
• App activity — in-app events and interactions (for example which tools you open, screen views, ads shown/clicked), used for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Crash logs and diagnostics — crash traces, performance data, and technical device information (device model, OS version, language, network state) used to keep the App stable.
• Purchase status — whether you have bought a Premium (ad-free) entitlement, so we can unlock it and restore it. Payments themselves are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its sound tools.
• Remember your Premium (ad-free) status and restore purchases.
• Serve and measure advertising (including personalized ads where you consent) and attribute installs.
• Analytics and product improvement.
• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance (for example detecting invalid ad traffic).
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only with the third-party providers listed in Section 3 (to run advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments), when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale).

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent — personalized advertising, and analytics where consent is required.
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Contract / legal obligation — processing purchases and meeting legal requirements.

You may withdraw consent at any time via the consent option or your device ad settings.

6. Data Retention

We and our providers keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention schedule; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period to diagnose issues. Purchase entitlement status is kept while you use the App.

7. Your Rights

• GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, correct, opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising, and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
• Other regions (e.g. LGPD in Brazil, PIPEDA in Canada): equivalent rights under local law.

Because the App has no account, please contact us at the email below to exercise your rights, and include your Google Advertising ID (AAID) and device model so we can locate any associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our third-party providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
