Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sonic Cleaner mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. The Service
Sonic Cleaner is a utility that uses tuned sound waves and vibration to help eject water and loosen dust from your phone's speakers, and includes a frequency generator and a speaker test. The App uses sound and vibration to assist with these tasks; results depend on your device and situation and are not guaranteed, and the App does not repair hardware or replace professional service for liquid or physical damage. Please keep the volume at a comfortable level and avoid prolonged playback at maximum volume. Availability and features may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads
The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It offers optional weekly and monthly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock the full experience and remove ads, sold through Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; to disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; to bypass ads, paywalls, or access controls; to use bots, scrapers, or automated means; or to infringe any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment processing, each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will achieve any particular result. The App does not provide professional or repair advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the venue for disputes is Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
