Sonic Cleaner ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Sonic Cleaner is a utility that uses tuned sound waves and vibration to help eject water and loosen dust from your phone's speakers, and includes a frequency generator and a speaker test. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to provide personal details such as your name or email to use the App. The App and its third-party partners automatically collect a limited set of data that leaves your device:

• Device and advertising identifiers — including the Android Advertising ID (and equivalent identifiers), used to serve and measure ads and for analytics and fraud prevention.
• Approximate (coarse) location — derived from your IP address by our advertising and analytics partners for ad targeting and measurement. The App does not request or use precise GPS location.
• App activity / interactions — how you use the App (screens viewed, features used, session data), used for analytics and advertising.
• Crash logs and diagnostics — technical data about crashes, errors, and performance, used to keep the App stable.
• Purchase status — whether you hold an active subscription or lifetime purchase, processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your card or bank details; payment is handled by Google.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, or precise location — the App requests no such permissions.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
• Show and measure advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented;
• Understand usage and improve the App (analytics);
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Process and validate your purchases and restore them across devices;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies. We share data with them only for the purposes above.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data with the third-party services listed in Section 3 to operate the App, show and measure advertising, and analyze usage; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

5. Legal Bases (EEA / UK — GDPR)

• Consent — for personalized advertising and, where required, analytics and tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for core functionality, security and fraud prevention, non-personalized measurement, and improving the App.
• Contract / legal obligation — to process purchases and comply with the law.

6. Data Retention

We and our partners keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention schedule; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period to investigate and fix issues.

7. Your Rights

• EEA / UK (GDPR): you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing, and withdraw consent; you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
• California (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
• Other regions (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA): you may have similar rights under your local law.

Because the App has no accounts, we may not be able to identify your data directly. To exercise a right, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co and, where possible, include your advertising ID and device details so we can locate the relevant data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
