Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snap Saver mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. The Service
Snap Saver lets you save videos, photos, music, and files from links you provide into an offline library, and includes a built-in web browser to open pages and save media. Availability may vary by region and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
4. Purchases and Ads
The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. If optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, they are processed through Google Play Billing. Any subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy and applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to disrupt or interfere with the App; not to bypass advertising, access controls, or security measures; not to use bots or scrapers; and not to infringe any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the content you access, download, or save, and for ensuring you have the right to do so. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, trademarks, and our content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Third-party trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners; their appearance in or accessibility through the App does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. Snap Saver is not affiliated with any third-party platform.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment processing) and lets you access third-party websites and content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, including their availability, accuracy, or legality.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular link or content can be saved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are preserved.
