Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixora AI mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher local age of digital consent) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

Pixora AI is an AI photo editor that lets you enhance, expand, remove objects from, cut out backgrounds of, and restyle your photos. Some features send your selected image to a third-party AI provider for processing. Availability may vary by region and change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

4. Your Content and Responsible Use

You are responsible for the images you upload or edit. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to those images and that editing them does not violate any law or third party's rights (including privacy, publicity, and intellectual-property rights). Do not use the App to create content that is unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates or depicts a real person without their consent. Results generated by AI may vary and are provided for creative and personal use.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It offers optional subscriptions and/or one-time purchases that unlock premium features, sold through Google Play Billing. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy and applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; disrupt or interfere with its operation; bypass paywalls, ads, or access controls; use bots or scrapers; or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Images you provide remain yours; you grant us and our processing providers a limited license to process them solely to deliver the App's features. Third-party marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, AI image processing, and payments), each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not provide professional advice and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or any particular quality of AI-generated results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid through the App in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms, including claims related to content you upload or edit.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
