Privacy Policy

Pixora AI ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Pixora AI is an AI photo editor that lets you enhance, expand, remove objects from, cut out backgrounds of, and restyle your photos. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data described below. Editing that happens entirely on your device (for example, on-device background removal) is not transmitted to us.

1.1 Photos and images you choose to edit

When you use an AI feature (Enhance, Expand, Remove Object, or AI Art styles), the selected image — captured with your camera or picked from your gallery — is sent to our AI image-processing provider to generate the result. Images are processed to return your edited photo and are not used to build advertising profiles. On-device background removal is performed locally and the image is not uploaded.

1.2 Automatically collected technical data

Through the third-party services listed in Section 3, we and our partners collect:

• Device and advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID, device model, OS version).
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location).
• App activity and interactions (features used, screens viewed, session data).
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics.
• Purchase status and history for subscriptions bought through the App.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise GPS location, or account credentials, because the App has no login.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App and its AI editing features.
• Process and deliver your edited images.
• Show and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
• Analyze usage and improve stability, quality, and features.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and ensure compliance.
• Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Comply with legal obligations.

The App uses the following third-party services, which may receive or process data as described. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only:

• with the third-party services in Section 3, for the purposes stated;
• for legal reasons (to comply with law or valid requests, or to protect rights and safety);
• in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to this Policy.

Because the App uses personalized advertising, some sharing of device/advertising identifiers with ad partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent: personalized ads and analytics where consent is required.
• Legitimate interests: core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Contract / legal obligation: processing purchases and meeting legal duties.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Ad and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention periods; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period. Images sent for AI processing are retained only as needed to generate and return your result, per our processing provider's policy.

7. Your Rights

GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correct, delete, port, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent; you may complain to your local data protection authority.

CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar U.S. state laws: know, delete, and correct your data; opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising; non-discrimination for exercising your rights. You can opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad settings and the in-app consent controls.

Other regions (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA): equivalent rights under applicable local law.

Because the App has no account, to make a request please contact us at the email in Section 12 and include your device's advertising ID and device details so we can locate any associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
