Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PitchSide mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. The Service

PitchSide provides live football scores, fixtures, lineups, standings, statistics and a FIFA World Cup 2026 hub, using data from third-party sports-data providers. Scores, timings, and statistics are provided for information only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Availability of features and content may vary by region and may change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. PitchSide does not offer betting, odds, or any form of gambling, and nothing in the App should be relied upon for wagering.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. You may optionally purchase PitchSide Premium to remove ads, offered as an auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully; disrupt or interfere with the App or its infrastructure; bypass paywalls, ads, or access controls; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to extract data; or infringe any intellectual-property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, software, and trademarks are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Club, league, and competition names, logos, and match data shown in the App are the property of their respective owners and are provided by third-party data providers. PitchSide is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any league, club, or competition organizer; the appearance of any third-party mark does not imply affiliation.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (including advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment processing) and displays third-party sports data and content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, including their accuracy, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scores and data will be accurate or timely. Nothing in the App constitutes professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
