App: PitchSide Effective: July 28, 2026 Last Updated: July 28, 2026

PitchSide ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

PitchSide provides live football scores, fixtures, lineups, standings, statistics and a FIFA World Cup 2026 hub, using data from third-party sports-data providers. You do not need to create an account or sign in to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts. The App collects only the limited data listed below, and only data that leaves your device is described here. Choices you make on your device (such as your favorite teams and leagues, selected language, and notification preferences) are stored locally on your device; we do not upload your favorites list or build a profile of you.

To show live data, the App sends content requests to our backend proxy (hosted on Cloudflare Workers), which fetches the matching scores, fixtures, lineups, and statistics from our sports-data provider and returns them to the App. These requests describe only the content you are viewing (for example the match, team, league, competition, or date) and necessarily include your device's IP address at the network level. We use them solely to deliver the content you request and to protect the service (for example rate-limiting and abuse prevention); we do not use them to identify you. The App does not send push tokens, and it schedules match reminders locally on your device rather than through a server.

Ad consent (UMP). Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the App shows a Google-certified consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. Your choice governs whether our advertising partners use your data for personalized advertising, and you can change it later from the App's settings where available.
iOS App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and will ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used for cross-app tracking.
Resetting or limiting the advertising identifier. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings: on Android, Settings → Privacy → Ads; on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and Apple Advertising).

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited data described above with the third-party services listed in Section 3 so they can perform advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment processing; when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

U.S. state privacy caveat. Because the App can serve personalized ads, our use of the advertising identifier and related data for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state laws (such as the California CPRA). You can opt out of this by declining the consent prompt, using the ad-personalization controls in your device settings, and/or contacting us as described in Section 7.

You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Data Retention

We and our partners keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention schedule (see their policies in Section 3); crash and diagnostic data are retained for a limited period to resolve stability issues.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email us at contact@tranquilmind.co. Because the App has no accounts, please include your advertising identifier (and device model/OS) in your request so we can identify the relevant data. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience with a minimum age of 13 and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co and we will delete it. We use non-personalized ad settings and consent controls consistent with Google Play's Families requirements where applicable.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Content

The App displays scores, fixtures, lineups, statistics, club/league names, and logos supplied by third-party sports-data providers and rights holders. This content belongs to its respective owners, and PitchSide is not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Please review the relevant third parties' policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
