Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NitroBoost mobile application (the "App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher local age of digital consent) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

NitroBoost is a game utility that gathers your installed games into a Game Hub, lets you save per-game display profiles (refresh rate and screen density), tune GFX and display density, clear the App's own cache, and monitor device metrics. Display changes (such as refresh rate and density) are preferences requested from Android and are reversible; the App does not overclock hardware, modify system files, or change other apps. Availability and features may vary by device and region and may change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising provided through third-party ad networks (see the Privacy Policy). The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions; if paid features are introduced in the future, they will be sold through Google Play Billing and governed by additional terms presented at that time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, disrupt or interfere with it, bypass ads or access controls, use bots or scrapers, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; their appearance in the App does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Game titles and icons shown in the App belong to their respective publishers; NitroBoost is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for advertising, attribution, and analytics, each subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that display or performance features will produce any specific result, or that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is not professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tranquil Mind Technology JSC against claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at the URL above with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
