NitroBoost ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
NitroBoost is a game utility that gathers your installed games into a Game Hub, lets you save per-game display profiles (refresh rate and screen density), tune GFX and display density, clear the App's own cache, and monitor device metrics such as CPU, memory, and temperature. You do not need to create an account to use it.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number, and the App has no login. We collect only the limited data below, automatically, through the third-party services listed in Section 3:
- Device and advertising identifiers — including the Google Advertising ID (AAID) and app-instance identifiers, used for advertising, attribution, and analytics.
- Approximate location — derived by our advertising partners from your IP address for ad delivery and measurement. We do not collect precise/GPS location (the App requests no location permission).
- App activity — in-app interactions and events (which features you use), for analytics and advertising measurement.
- Crash logs and diagnostics — crash reports and basic performance/diagnostic data to keep the App stable.
- Device and technical information — device model, operating-system version, language, and similar technical attributes.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate and provide the App's features (Game Hub, display profiles, cleanup, monitor, Focus Mode).
- Display and measure advertising, including attribution of installs and campaigns.
- Analytics and product improvement (understanding feature usage and stability).
- Fraud prevention, security, and diagnosing and fixing crashes.
- Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited data above with the third-party services in Section 3 so they can provide advertising, attribution, and analytics; for legal reasons (to comply with law or protect rights and safety); and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale).
5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)
- Consent — for personalized advertising and, where required, analytics.
- Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
- Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with law.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and attribution identifiers are retained according to our partners' retention periods; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period to investigate and fix issues.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (GDPR — EEA/UK); to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing and targeted advertising of your data, and to non-discrimination (CCPA/CPRA — California); and similar rights in other regions (e.g. LGPD in Brazil, PIPEDA in Canada).
To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co. Because the App has no account, please include your Advertising ID and device details in your request so we can identify the relevant data.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.
10. Data Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted at the URL above with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
