Privacy Policy

NitroBoost ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

NitroBoost is a phone performance utility that frees memory, closes background apps, and helps keep your device running smoothly. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to sign in or fill in personal forms. The App and its service providers automatically collect a limited set of technical data that leaves your device:

• Device & advertising identifiers — including the Google Advertising ID (AAID), used for advertising and measurement.
• Approximate (IP-derived) location — coarse location inferred from your IP address by our advertising and analytics partners; we do not collect precise GPS location.
• App activity & diagnostics — in-app events, feature usage, and interactions used for analytics and improvement.
• Crash logs & diagnostics — technical data captured when the App crashes or misbehaves.
• Purchase status — your subscription/purchase state when you buy an optional premium subscription (processed by Google Play Billing).

The App also requests device permissions (e.g. usage access, notifications, display-over-other-apps, and killing background processes) that operate locally on your device to perform its boosting features; data from these operations is not transmitted to us.

2. How we use information

• Provide and operate the App's performance features;
• Show and measure advertising (including mediated networks);
• Analytics, product improvement, and crash diagnostics;
• Attribution and measurement of marketing campaigns;
• Process and validate optional premium subscriptions;
• Fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

3. Third-party services

The App integrates the following data-transmitting SDKs. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

Ad consent (UMP/TCF). In regions that require it (e.g. the EEA/UK), the App shows a consent message managed through Google's User Messaging Platform and the IAB TCF framework before serving personalized ads. Your choices determine whether ads are personalized.

Advertising ID controls. You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads (Android) to opt out of personalized advertising.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the technical data described above with the third-party partners listed in Section 3 for advertising, analytics, and payment processing; for legal reasons where required; and in connection with a business transfer. Where ads are personalized, certain U.S. state laws (e.g. California) may treat the sharing of identifiers for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out via the ad-consent and advertising-ID controls above.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent — personalized advertising and analytics where consent is required (collected via the UMP/TCF consent flow);
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, and product improvement;
• Contract / legal obligation — processing your optional subscription and meeting legal duties.

6. Data retention

We and our partners keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Advertising and attribution identifiers are retained per each partner's retention period; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period.

7. Your rights

• GDPR (EEA/UK) — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California) — the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising, and non-discrimination.
• Other regions — LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), and similar laws apply.

Because the App has no user accounts, please include your advertising ID and relevant device details when you contact us so we can locate and action your request. Contact us at the email below.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Data security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
