Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kairo Browser mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

Kairo Browser is a web browser with a built-in ad blocker that lets you browse websites, manage tabs, and set the App as your default browser. Availability may vary by region and may change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time.

4. Purchases and Ads

The App is free to download. It is supported by advertising, and it offers an optional Premium purchase that removes in-app ads. Purchases and any subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. If a purchase is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy and applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; not to bypass ads, paywalls, or access controls; not to use bots, scrapers, or automated means; and not to infringe any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and our trademarks are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Third-party trademarks, logos, and content — including the websites and content you access through the browser — belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the App does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments) and enables you to access third-party websites and content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is a utility and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, financial, or legal). We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any website you access through it is safe or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law are preserved.
