Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV Velix mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

IPTV Velix is a media player. It lets you add your own IPTV playlists (M3U/M3U8 or Xtream Codes) and play the Live TV, movies, and series they contain, with features such as EPG, favorites, resume playback, casting, parental PIN lock, and a sleep timer. The App does not provide, host, or distribute any channels, streams, or media — you supply your own sources. Availability may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature.

The App is free and supported by advertising. It displays ads served through Google AdMob and third-party mediation networks (banner, interstitial, native, rewarded, and app-open formats). Where required, the App asks for your ad-consent choice before showing personalized ads. Details of the ad and attribution partners and your choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your Content and Sources

You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, and credentials you add to the App, and for ensuring you have the lawful right to access and view that content. You must not use the App to access, stream, or distribute content in violation of any third party's rights or applicable law. We do not monitor or control the sources you configure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; to disrupt or interfere with the App; to bypass access controls; to use bots or scrapers; or to infringe any intellectual property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its trademarks are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. All third-party channels, media, logos, and trademarks accessed through your own sources belong to their respective owners; their appearance in playback does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, us.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising and mediation, attribution, analytics, and crash reporting) and plays third-party content that you supply, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, servers, services, or advertising.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular source will work. The App is not a substitute for any professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App, the sources you add, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
