Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InkMath mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

InkMath lets you write math equations by hand and get instant, step-by-step solutions and interactive graphs, with handwriting recognition and solving performed on your device. Availability may vary by region and may change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

No guarantee of accuracy. Handwriting recognition and mathematical results are provided to assist you and may not always be correct or complete. The App is an educational aid; you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising provided through third-party ad services (see the Privacy Policy). Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, disrupt or interfere with it, bypass ad or access controls, use bots or scrapers, or infringe any rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Third-party marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for advertising, attribution, and analytics, each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It does not constitute professional, academic, or other advice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tranquil Mind Technology JSC for claims arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory local consumer-protection rights are preserved.
