InkMath ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

InkMath lets you write math equations by hand and get instant, step-by-step solutions and interactive graphs; handwriting recognition and solving are performed on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contact details through the App. Your handwritten notes, equations, variables, and results are processed on your device and stored locally on your device; we do not upload them to our servers.

The App and the third-party services it uses automatically collect the following, which leaves your device:

• Device and advertising identifiers — e.g. the Android Advertising ID (GAID) and other device identifiers, used for advertising, attribution, and analytics.
• Approximate location — coarse location derived from your IP address by advertising and attribution services for ad delivery and measurement. We do not collect precise/GPS location, and the App does not request a location permission.
• App activity — in-app interactions and events (e.g. features used, screens viewed) for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Crash logs and diagnostics — crash reports and performance/diagnostic data to keep the App stable.

We do not collect financial data, contacts, photos, messages, or files through the App.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's features.
• Show and measure advertising (including, where you consent, personalized ads).
• Attribute installs and understand how the App is discovered.
• Analytics and product improvement.
• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance (e.g. detecting invalid ad traffic).
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the automatically-collected data described above with the third-party services in Section 3 for advertising, attribution, analytics, and app stability, and we may disclose information for legal reasons or in connection with a business transfer.

• Consent — personalized advertising and, where required, analytics.
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation — where the law requires us to process or retain data.

6. Data Retention

We retain automatically-collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising, attribution, and analytics partners retain identifiers and event data according to their own retention periods (see their policies in Section 3). Crash and diagnostic data is retained for a limited period. Your notes remain on your device until you delete them.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or opt out of targeted advertising:

• EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA) & other U.S. states: the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
• Other regions (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA): equivalent rights under local law.

To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co. Because the App has no account, please include your advertising ID and relevant device details so we can identify the associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Where required by EEA age-of-consent rules, users below the local digital-consent age should use the App only with verifiable parental consent.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our third-party providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
