Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalPulse mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

GoalPulse provides live football scores, fixtures, results, standings, match details (lineups, statistics, head-to-head, event timeline), team and player profiles, favourites, optional match reminders, a World Cup hub, and search. Availability and data may vary by region and change over time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App.

4. Ads and Purchases

The App is free to download and use. It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App is supported by advertising and may display ads from our advertising partners (see the Privacy Policy). Where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can manage ad choices in the App's settings and your device settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully; disrupt or interfere with it; bypass ads, access controls, or security; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to extract data; or infringe any rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and our trademarks are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Football data and all team names, league names, competition names, and logos are the property of their respective owners; their appearance in the App does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or association with GoalPulse, FIFA, UEFA, any league, competition, or club.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution) and displays football data supplied by third-party data providers, each subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, the accuracy of third-party data, or third-party content and links.

8. Disclaimers

The App and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Scores, fixtures, statistics and other data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
