Privacy Policy

GoalPulse ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

GoalPulse provides live football scores, fixtures, lineups, standings, match details and a World Cup hub. You do not need to create an account to use it, and we do not ask you for your name, email or other contact details inside the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect data you type or profile information, because the App has no login or user forms. We (and the third-party services in Section 3) automatically collect a limited set of technical data that leaves your device:

• Device and advertising identifiers — e.g. the Google Advertising ID (GAID), app-instance identifiers and similar IDs used for analytics, attribution and advertising.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address (not GPS). The App does not request precise-location permission.
• App activity / usage — screens viewed, features used, in-app searches, and interactions with ads, used to measure and improve the App.
• Diagnostics and crash logs — device model, OS version, app version, language, crash traces and performance data.
• Football content requests — when you browse scores, the league, competition, team, fixture and date filters you view are sent as a query to our backend service so it can return the matching football data. These requests contain no account, name or device identifier; like any internet request they carry your IP address.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health or financial data.

Match reminders are scheduled and generated on your device. The App does not use push notifications and does not send a push/messaging token to any server.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App and its football data feed.
• Measure performance, fix crashes, and improve features and stability.
• Show and measure advertising, including (where permitted) personalized ads.
• Attribute installs and marketing, and understand which campaigns bring users.
• Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited data above with the third-party services listed in Section 3, for legal or safety reasons, and in a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent — personalized ads and, where required, analytics/attribution.
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and non-personalized measurement/improvement.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising, attribution and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention periods; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period to investigate stability issues.

7. Your Rights

• GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar U.S. state laws: the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising, without discrimination.
• Other regions (e.g. LGPD in Brazil, PIPEDA in Canada): equivalent rights under local law.

To exercise any right, contact us at the email in Section 13. Because the App has no accounts, please include your advertising ID and device details so we can locate and act on the relevant data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Content

The App displays football data (scores, fixtures, standings, team/league/player information) supplied by third-party data providers, and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy of that data or the content and privacy practices of third parties; please review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App or on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
