Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drama Loom mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent required in your country) to use the App. Some content is intended for teen and adult audiences.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. The Service
Drama Loom is a vertical short-drama streaming app that lets you watch bite-sized mini-series across genres such as romance, CEO/billionaire, mafia, werewolf, and youth. Content availability may vary by region and change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads
The App is free to download and watch, supported by advertising. You may watch a rewarded video ad to unlock select episodes during your current session (session-based unlocks do not persist after the App is closed). The App also offers an optional VIP subscription that removes ads and unlocks premium episodes:
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing; your Google Play account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- VIP subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; disrupt or interfere with the App or its servers; bypass or circumvent ads, paywalls, VIP gating, or other access controls; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or copy content; or infringe any intellectual property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, trademarks, software, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All series, characters, and events in the App are works of fiction; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Third-party marks belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments) and streams licensed and third-party content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App is for entertainment only and is not professional advice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
