Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Decora mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The service

Decora lets you browse and set HD and live wallpapers, create photo collages, remove photo backgrounds (cutout) on-device, add stickers and text, and personalize your home screen. Availability and features may vary by region and may change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and use and is supported by third-party advertising. The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Where required, you will be asked for your advertising consent, and you can choose personalized or non-personalized ads (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, disrupt or interfere with it, bypass ads or access controls, use bots or scrapers, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, trademarks, bundled wallpapers, stickers, and other content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Content you create using your own photos remains yours. Third-party marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-party services and content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution) and may display third-party advertisements, each subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and it is not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
