Privacy Policy

Decora ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Decora is a wallpaper studio that lets you browse and set HD and live wallpapers, create photo collages, remove photo backgrounds (cutout), and personalize your home screen. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to register or provide personal details such as your name or email to use the App. We collect the following automatically through the third-party services listed in Section 3:

• Device and advertising identifiers — including the Android Advertising ID and similar device identifiers, used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Approximate location — a coarse, city-level location derived from your IP address by our advertising and analytics partners. We do not collect precise GPS location, and the App does not request a location permission.
• App activity — in-app interactions and events (screens viewed, features used) for analytics and to improve the App.
• Crash logs and diagnostics — technical information about crashes and performance to keep the App stable.

Photos you select (for collage or background cutout) are processed on your device. The App does not upload your photos to our servers or to third parties; cutout/background removal runs locally on the device.

2. How we use information

• Provide and operate the App (browse, edit, and set wallpapers).
• Show and measure advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented.
• Understand usage and improve features and stability.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the data described above with the third-party partners in Section 3 so they can provide advertising, analytics, and attribution; for legal reasons (to comply with law or protect rights and safety); and in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent — personalized advertising and, where required, analytics.
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and improving the App.
• Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention periods (see their policies in Section 3). Crash and diagnostics data are kept for a limited period to resolve stability issues.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• GDPR (EEA/UK) — access, correct, delete, port, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California) — know, delete, correct, opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising, and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
• Other regions — similar rights under laws such as LGPD (Brazil) and PIPEDA (Canada).

Because the App has no account, please contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co and include your Advertising ID (and device model/OS) so we can identify the relevant data to action your request.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our partners operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.

10. Data security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Third-party content

Advertisements shown in the App are provided by third parties and may link to external content or websites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content or their privacy practices; please review their policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
