Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calliq mobile application (the "App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

Calliq is a caller ID, spam-call blocker, and message-notification tracker that helps you identify incoming calls, block unwanted numbers, and keep track of missed messages. Availability and features may vary by region and device and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

To provide its features, the App uses Android permissions including Contacts, Phone, the Caller ID & Spam (Call Screening) role, and Notification access. Data accessed through these permissions is processed on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you configure and use the blocking and call-screening features.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. By using the App you agree to the display of ads and the related data processing described in our Privacy Policy. The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; bypass ads, access controls, or usage limits; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the App; or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, and attribution) that are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the content of any other apps whose notifications the App displays.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Caller identification and spam detection rely on data available on your device and may not be complete or accurate; the App does not guarantee that any particular call or message will be identified, blocked, or surfaced. The App does not provide professional advice and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law are preserved.
