Vid Nova AI ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Vid Nova AI is a video app. AI video generator that turns text and photos into short clips fast. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to register an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the App. We collect the following categories of information:

a) Content you provide for video generation

• Photos you select from your device for image-to-video generation.
• Text prompts and effect selections you enter to generate a video.

These inputs are transmitted to our third-party AI processing provider (see Section 3) solely to render your requested video and return the result to you. We do not use your photos or prompts to identify you.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device and advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, device model, OS version, language, app version).
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (city/region level; we do not collect GPS/precise location).
• App activity such as features used, videos generated, screens viewed, and interactions, used for analytics and advertising.
• Purchase information such as the products you buy, purchase status, and transaction identifiers (payment card details are handled by Google Play, not by us).
• Crash logs and diagnostics such as error reports and performance data.

We do not collect your contacts, calendar, SMS, precise/GPS location, microphone audio, or health data. Video generation is performed on our provider's servers; local storage on your device (e.g., saved videos, preferences) stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and generate the videos you request.
• Process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance and subscriptions.
• Serve and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
• Perform analytics to understand usage and improve the App.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:

You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Photos and prompts submitted for generation are processed to deliver your video and retained by our AI provider only as needed to provide and secure the service. Advertising, analytics, crash, and diagnostic data are retained according to each partner's retention periods.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or opt out of targeted advertising.

• EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising, without discrimination.
• Other regions (e.g., LGPD, PIPEDA): equivalent rights under local law.

To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co. Because the App has no user accounts, please include your Advertising ID and device details so we can locate and act on the relevant data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. AI-Generated Content

The App generates content using AI based on your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for the photos and prompts you submit and for how you use the results. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, and do not create content that is illegal, harmful, sexual, hateful, or that impersonates real people. You can report generated content from within the App.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
