Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Streamly Play mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. Because the App plays content from playlists and services you provide, some of that content may not be suitable for minors.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. The Service

Streamly Play is a media player for IPTV playlists that you provide — M3U links, local M3U files, or Xtream Codes accounts. It offers features such as live TV and VOD playback, an electronic program guide (EPG), Chromecast, external-player handoff, favorites, watch history, custom collections, search, and parental controls. The App does not host, sell, curate, or supply any channels, streams, or media content. Availability of features may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and supported by advertising provided through third-party ad networks (see our Privacy Policy). The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. You agree not to interfere with, block, or circumvent the ads served in the App except through the privacy and consent controls we provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; use it to access, stream, or distribute content you do not have the right to access; disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; bypass access controls, ads, or technical protection measures; use bots, scrapers, or automated means; or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, software, and trademarks are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Third-party trademarks (such as VLC, MX Player, and Chromecast) belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the App does not imply affiliation or endorsement. All media content played through the App belongs to its respective rights holders and is provided by the playlists and services you choose to use.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics) and plays third-party content that you supply, each subject to its own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, servers, or content, including their availability, legality, or accuracy. You are solely responsible for the playlists and streams you add and for ensuring you have the right to access them.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular content or stream will be available or lawful in your location.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months (which for a free app is typically zero) or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your use of content and services you connect through the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
