Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rollicon 3D mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. The Service

Rollicon 3D is a live wallpaper app that turns the app icons you choose into 3D balls that roll, bounce, and react to your touch on your home screen, with selectable themes, motion modes, and physics settings. The App changes only your device wallpaper; setting a new wallpaper is reversible from your device's wallpaper settings. Availability and features may vary by region and device and may change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and use and is supported by advertising. It displays ads (including banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and rewarded ads) provided by third-party ad networks. Rewarded ads are optional: you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock certain in-app options; rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not a purchase. The App contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your interaction with advertisers and their content is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to disrupt or interfere with the App; not to bypass or circumvent ads, access controls, or security measures; not to use bots or scrapers; and not to infringe any intellectual property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, themes, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. App icons of third-party applications displayed on your wallpaper belong to their respective owners; the App reads and displays them at your request solely as a visual effect, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, and attribution), each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of those third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it is compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months (which for a free app is typically zero) or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
