Privacy Policy
Rizzora ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Rizzora helps you find something to say: it offers a built-in library of pickup lines and dating tips, AI-written openers and reply suggestions (the "Wingman"), a quote-card editor, and optional daily reminders. You do not need to create an account to use it, and the App does not show ads or sell in-app purchases.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information described below. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise or approximate location through device permissions, and we do not operate our own user database.
1.1 Information you choose to send to the AI Wingman
When you use the Wingman or "Write more with AI", the App sends a text request to our AI provider (see Section 3) to generate suggestions:
- Opener requests: the name you optionally type for the other person, the interests you select, the tone you pick, and the language of the App.
- Reply requests from a screenshot: the message text that the App extracts from the chat screenshot you choose, labelled by speaker ("me" or "them"), and the tone you pick.
- More lines for a category: the category name, the language, and a few existing lines from the App's own library. No personal information is included.
The screenshot image itself is never uploaded. Text is read from it on your device (see 1.3). Screenshots can contain other people's messages and names, so only send what you are comfortable having processed, and do not include sensitive information such as financial, health, or government-ID details.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- App usage (Google Analytics for Firebase): events such as app opens, screens viewed, session length and engagement, plus device information (model, OS version, language, screen size), app version, and country or region derived from your IP address. This data is linked to an app-instance identifier and, where the permission is available on your device, your advertising ID. We use it only for analytics, never for advertising.
- Crash reports and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics): crash stack traces, device state at the time of the crash (model, OS version, memory, orientation), app version, and a Crashlytics installation identifier.
- Configuration (Firebase Remote Config): a Firebase installation identifier and basic app/device information used to deliver settings such as feature limits and notification content.
- On-device text recognition (Google ML Kit): ML Kit may send Google limited technical metrics (for example device model, app package and version, API performance and errors) and download recognition models through Google Play services. It does not send your images or the recognized text.
1.3 Information that stays on your device
The following is processed and stored only on your device and is not sent to us:
- Screenshots you pick for the Wingman. Text recognition runs on-device with Google ML Kit.
- Photos you choose or take with the camera as a quote-card background, and the images you save to your gallery.
- Favourites, saved tips, recent searches, AI-written lines added to your library, Love Tester names and results, language choice, and settings.
- Daily line reminders, the lock-screen line, and the floating bubble, which are scheduled and shown locally.
This data remains until you delete it in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
1.4 Device permissions
- Photos / media and camera: only to let you pick or take an image for a quote card or a chat screenshot. Images are processed on-device.
- Notifications, exact alarms, and run at startup: to show and reschedule the optional daily line.
- Display over other apps and full-screen notifications: only if you turn on the floating bubble or the lock-screen line.
- Internet: for AI suggestions, analytics, crash reporting, and configuration.
You can deny or revoke any permission in your device settings. The related feature will stop working, but the rest of the App keeps working.
2. How we use information
- To provide the App's features, including generating AI openers, replies, and extra lines you request.
- To keep the App stable and fix crashes and bugs.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the App is used so we can improve it.
- To configure features remotely, such as daily AI limits and reminder content.
- To protect the App and its AI service from abuse, for example through per-device daily limits.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Data involved | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Google LLC | Usage analytics | App-instance ID, advertising ID (where available), app interactions, device info, IP-derived region | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Google LLC | Crash reporting & diagnostics | Crash logs, diagnostics, installation ID, device info | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Firebase Remote Config | Google LLC | Remote feature configuration | Firebase installation ID, app/device info | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Groq API | Groq, Inc. | Generate AI openers, replies, and lines | Text described in Section 1.1 | https://groq.com/privacy-policy/ |
| Google ML Kit Text Recognition (on-device) | Google LLC | Read text from chosen screenshots on your device | No images or text leave the device; limited technical metrics only | https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms |
Advertising ID. The App shows no ads, but Google Analytics for Firebase may read your device's advertising ID to measure usage. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (on most Android devices: Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads). After you delete it, it can no longer be read.
4. How we share information
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
- We share information only with the service providers listed in Section 3, which process it on our behalf to operate the App.
- We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or us.
- If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)
- Consent: sending the text you choose to the AI provider when you use the Wingman or "Write more with AI"; optional notifications, floating bubble, and lock-screen line. You can withdraw consent by no longer using those features or turning them off.
- Legitimate interests: operating and securing the App, crash diagnostics, aggregate usage analytics, and preventing abuse of the AI service. Where local law requires consent for analytics, we rely on consent.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to process or retain information.
6. Data retention
- AI requests: we do not store your Wingman requests or AI responses on any server we control. Groq processes the request to return a response and retains data only as described in its own policies. Suggestions you save stay on your device.
- Analytics: retained for a limited period set in our Google Analytics configuration, no longer than 14 months, after which event-level data is deleted.
- Crash reports: retained by Firebase Crashlytics for a limited period (approximately 90 days).
- On-device data: kept until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California and other U.S. states (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising (we do none of these), without discrimination.
- Other regions (e.g. Brazil LGPD, Canada PIPEDA): equivalent rights under local law.
How to exercise your rights. Email contact@tranquilmind.co. The App has no accounts, so data we receive is linked only to device and app identifiers, not to your name. To help us locate it, include your device model, the approximate dates you used the App, and, if available, your advertising ID. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Deleting data yourself. You can:
- Clear the App's data or uninstall the App. This removes all on-device data and resets the app identifiers used by Firebase.
- Delete or reset your advertising ID in device settings.
- Stop using the AI features, so no further text is sent.
8. Children's privacy & Child Safety Standards
8.1 Children's privacy
Rizzora is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, or under the age of digital consent in their country (for example, under 13 in the U.S. under COPPA, or up to 16 in parts of the EEA). If you believe a child has used the App and provided information, contact contact@tranquilmind.co and we will delete any information we hold.
8.2 Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
These are the published Child Safety Standards for Rizzora, developed by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC.
Zero tolerance. Rizzora strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form: images, video, audio, text, or AI-generated content. This includes sexualizing minors; grooming; sextortion; soliciting minors; trafficking; and any attempt to create, request, share, or promote such material. This prohibition applies both to what users submit (text they type and screenshots they choose) and to AI-generated output. Rizzora's pickup lines, openers, and replies are meant for communication between consenting adults only. Using the App to contact, flirt with, or pursue a minor is prohibited.
How the App is designed. Rizzora does not let users message, find, or share content with other users inside the App; there are no profiles, feeds, or chats between users. Its AI features generate text suggestions only for the person using the App. The built-in line library is written and reviewed by our team. The AI model is instructed never to produce sexual content, and it runs with its provider's built-in safety protections, which refuse sexual content involving minors.
Reporting. If you encounter any content or behavior connected to Rizzora that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, including AI output, report it to contact@tranquilmind.co with the subject line "Child Safety Report". Include what you saw, and where possible the text and the approximate date and time. Reports are reviewed promptly.
Our response. When we receive a credible report, we investigate. We take action such as changing AI instructions, adding content filters, removing affected content from the App's library, and restricting access to the AI features. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authorities, as required by law, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
Compliance. We comply with applicable child-safety laws and align our practices with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
Child-safety point of contact: contact@tranquilmind.co
9. International data transfers
Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Data security
Data sent by the App to our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, for example by keeping service keys out of the App's installation file. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
