Privacy Policy

RBXmint ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

RBXmint is an entertainment app for gaming fans. It offers an RBX counter and calculator with fixed example rates, three mini games (a quiz, a spin wheel and a scratch card), a collection of meme cards, and a virtual wallet of in-app points. You do not need to create an account to use it, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other contact details inside the App.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information that stays on your device (not collected by us)

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party:

• your virtual wallet balance and reward history;
• your quiz progress, language choice, onboarding status and other app settings;
• the calculator values you enter.

This data is removed when you clear the wallet history in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, our service providers (Google Firebase, described in Section 3) automatically collect the following:

Google Analytics may use your IP address to infer a general region (such as country or city) for aggregate reports. Google does not log or store the IP address itself for this purpose.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, installed-app list, payment information, or any account credentials.

1.3 Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminder notifications locally on your device. We do not use push-notification tokens. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• provide and operate the App and load its remote configuration (for example, the wording and timing of reminder notifications);
• understand how the App is used in aggregate, so we can improve features and content;
• detect, diagnose and fix crashes and performance problems;
• keep the App secure and prevent misuse;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising. The App contains no ads, and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Third-party services

These providers process data on our behalf as service providers. The App does not include any advertising, attribution or social-login SDKs.

Advertising ID. Google Analytics for Firebase may read the Android advertising ID for analytics only. You can reset it or delete it at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices).

Links and sharing. When you tap "Share", "Rate", "Send feedback" or a legal link, the App opens your device's share sheet, the Google Play Store, your email app or your browser. Anything you send through those apps is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by U.S. state privacy laws. We disclose information only:

• to the service providers listed in Section 3, which process it on our behalf;
• if required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid government request;
• to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this Policy continues to apply.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Legitimate interests: to operate the App, deliver its configuration, fix crashes, keep it secure and understand aggregate usage. Our interests do not override your rights; you can object at any time (Section 7).
• Consent: where local law requires consent for analytics identifiers.
• Legal obligation: where we must process data to comply with the law.

6. Data retention

• Analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase) is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
• Crash reports (Crashlytics) are kept for up to 90 days.
• Remote Config and installation IDs are kept while the App is installed. They are deleted by Google after a period of inactivity or when you uninstall the App.
• Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer your request, and then for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA and UK): access, correct, delete or port your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent at any time; and complain to your local data-protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state laws: know what personal information we collect, and request its deletion or correction. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
• Other regions (for example, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA or Vietnam's personal-data protection law): similar rights of access, correction, deletion and objection.

How to request deletion or access. Because the App has no accounts, we cannot identify you by name. Email contact@tranquilmind.co with the subject "RBXmint data request". Include your device model, the approximate date you installed the App and, if possible, your advertising ID, so we can locate the related records with our providers. We respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. You can also:

• clear the wallet history in the App to delete local reward data;
• uninstall the App to delete all local data and stop all collection;
• reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the higher age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in some EEA member states). If you believe a child has used the App and that data about them has been collected, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co and we will delete it.

9. International data transfers

Google processes data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Data security

All data sent by the App is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Third-party trademarks

RBXmint is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game platform or publisher. "RBX" in the App refers only to virtual in-app points that have no cash value. Any third-party names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this page with a new "Last updated" date, and, for material changes, we will also give notice in the App or on the store listing. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
