These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quartz Browser ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Quartz Browser is a private, lightweight web browser for Android. It lets you browse websites, manage tabs and bookmarks, and block unwanted content. The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising, with an optional paid subscription to remove ads.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose or to access unlawful content;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
interfere with or disrupt the App, its ads, or its security features;
misuse, copy, or redistribute the App or its content.

You are solely responsible for the websites you visit and the content you access through the App.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertising provided by third-party ad networks and mediation partners. Ads help keep the App free. Ad personalization is subject to your consent and device settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers an optional subscription that removes ads ("Premium"):

Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account at the price and interval shown at purchase.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Removing the App does not cancel a subscription.
Restore: you can restore an active subscription from the App's settings.
Payments are processed by Google Play; refunds are handled under Google Play's policies.

7. Third-party content and websites

Quartz Browser provides access to third-party websites and content that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or safety of any third-party site or content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party websites) are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tranquil Mind Technology JSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
