Pullwave ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Pullwave is a video and file downloader that lets you save videos, music, images, and documents from a link and browse supported websites to find downloadable media. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to register or provide your name, email, or profile. The App works on the files and links you choose. We and our third-party partners automatically collect a limited set of technical data that leaves your device:

• Device and advertising identifiers — including the Google Advertising ID and similar device identifiers, used for advertising, analytics, install attribution, and fraud prevention.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address by our advertising and analytics partners for coarse ad targeting and measurement. We do not collect precise (GPS) location, and the App does not request a location permission.
• App activity and diagnostics — in-app interactions and events (for example, features used and downloads started), plus crash logs and performance diagnostics used to keep the App stable and to improve it.

Content you download and files you save are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. When you paste or select a link, that link (the URL you submit) is sent to third-party media-resolution services we use — solely to look up and return the downloadable media you requested. We do not attach your identity to these requests, and the link content is not used for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide and operate the App, resolve links, and complete downloads you request.
• Show and measure advertising, including limiting how often you see an ad.
• Attribute app installs and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.
• Perform analytics to understand usage and improve the App.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only as follows:

• With the third-party services listed in Section 3, for the purposes described.
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
• In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

You may withdraw consent at any time via the ad-consent controls and your device settings.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to our partners' retention periods; crash and diagnostic data are retained for a limited period to diagnose and fix issues.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority:

• EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, and correct, to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
• Other regions (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA): equivalent rights under your local law.

Because the App has no account, please help us locate your data when you make a request by including your device advertising ID and relevant device details. Contact us at the email in Section 13.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age (under 13 in the U.S. under COPPA, or the higher age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Content

The App lets you access, browse, and download content from third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for that content or those sites, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content you save (see our Terms of Service).

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
