Privacy Policy
Prismly ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Prismly is an AI art studio: you pick a photo from your device or type a description, and the App creates a new image in the style you choose. You do not need to create an account to use it.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what the App genuinely needs. The table below lists everything that leaves your device.

What stays on your device and is never uploaded:
- Images you save to your gallery, and the library of artworks inside the App.
- Your language choice, chosen topics, daily free-run counter and Premium state.
- Crop, filter and adjustment edits — these are processed entirely on your device.
We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise or approximate location, advertising identifier, browsing history, or payment details. The App has no user accounts, no advertising SDK and no analytics product.
2. How we use information
- To provide the App — send the photo or prompt you selected to our image service and return the generated image to you.
- To keep the App working — diagnose crashes, fix defects, and improve stability.
- To deliver configuration — fetch the list of available art styles so new styles can appear without a new app release.
- Security and abuse prevention — detect misuse of the image service.
- Legal compliance — where we are required by law.
We do not use your photos or prompts to train AI models, and we do not use them to build a profile about you.

The App does not contain advertising, attribution or analytics SDKs, so there is no advertising identifier, no ad-consent (UMP) flow and no cross-app tracking.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only:
- with the service providers listed in section 3, strictly to run the features you request;
- for legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety;
- in a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)
- Contract — sending your photo or prompt to generate the image you requested.
- Legitimate interests — crash reporting, security, and improving the App.
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.
6. Data retention
- Photos and prompts are held only for as long as the generation request takes, and are deleted from our image service once the result has been returned. They are not archived and not added to any dataset.
- Crash logs and diagnostics are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for a limited period in line with Google's retention practices.
- Data held on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the App.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (GDPR); to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing, without discrimination (CCPA/CPRA); and equivalent rights under LGPD, PIPEDA and other laws.
Because the App has no accounts, we cannot look you up by name. To exercise a right, email contact@tranquilmind.co and include your device model, operating-system version and the approximate date and time of the request you are asking about, so we can locate the relevant records.
You can also, at any time and without contacting us: delete saved artworks inside the App, revoke the photo or camera permission in your device settings, and uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
8. Children's privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@tranquilmind.co and we will delete it.
9. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and Singapore, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Data security
All traffic between the App and our services uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Provider credentials for the AI models are held on our servers and are never shipped inside the App. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
