These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pebble Browser mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://policy.tranquilmind.co/pebble-browser/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The service

Pebble Browser is a lightweight, privacy-focused web browser with built-in content and ad blocking that lets you browse the web, manage bookmarks and tabs, and control tracking. Availability may vary by region and change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Advertising

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be governed by Google Play Billing and any additional terms presented at that time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or interfere with the App, to bypass ads or access controls, to use bots or scrapers, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You are responsible for the websites you visit and the content you access through the browser.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its licensors. Third-party marks and website content belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the browser does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-party services and content

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution) and lets you access third-party websites and content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content and do not endorse them.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not provide professional advice and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tranquil Mind Technology JSC against claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
