Pebble Browser ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Pebble Browser is a private, lightweight web browser with built-in ad and pop-up blocking for Android and iOS. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not ask you to register an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.

a) Information stored only on your device (not collected by us)

Your browsing activity — including web browsing history, open tabs, home-screen shortcuts, ad-block statistics, and app settings — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or our partners. Clearing it in the App or uninstalling the App removes it.

b) Information collected automatically when you use the App

U.S. state privacy notice. Because the free version serves personalized advertising, our sharing of device/advertising identifiers and app-activity data with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws (e.g., California's CPRA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Note that, as a web browser, the App can access third-party websites across the internet; parents and guardians should supervise minors' use accordingly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we and our partners use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Content

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
