Pebble Browser ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Pebble Browser is a lightweight, privacy-focused mobile web browser with built-in content and ad blocking. You do not need to create an account to use it; browsing history, bookmarks, and settings are stored locally on your device.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to register or provide personal details, and your browsing history, bookmarks, tabs, and search entries stay on your device. The App and its third-party SDKs automatically collect a limited set of data that leaves the device for advertising, measurement, and stability:

• Device & advertising identifiers — advertising ID (AAID), device model, OS version, language, and similar technical identifiers.
• Approximate location — coarse, IP-derived location (not GPS); used by ad and analytics partners.
• App activity & diagnostics — in-app events (e.g. screen views, ad interactions), performance and crash logs.
• Network information — connectivity state and IP address associated with requests.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise GPS location, camera, microphone, or photos. The App requests only Internet, network-state, notification, and boot-completed permissions, plus the advertising-ID permission used by ad SDKs.

2. How we use information

• Provide and operate the browser and its ad/content-blocking features.
• Serve and measure advertising (including via mediation partners).
• Analytics and product improvement.
• Diagnose crashes and maintain stability and security (fraud/abuse prevention).
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data to build user profiles beyond what our advertising and analytics partners require to deliver and measure ads.

3. Third-party services

The App integrates the following data-transmitting SDKs. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

Ad consent (UMP). Where required (e.g. the EEA/UK), we present Google's User Messaging Platform consent form before personalized ads are served. Your choice governs whether partners may use your data for personalized advertising.

Reset or opt out of the advertising ID. You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Resetting the ID or opting out limits personalized advertising.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the categories above with the third-party services listed in Section 3, for legal reasons (to comply with law or protect rights), and in the context of a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition). Because the App uses personalized advertising, certain U.S. state laws may classify ad-related data sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can exercise the opt-out described in Sections 3 and 7.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent — personalized ads and analytics where consent is required (via UMP).
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics partners retain identifiers per their own retention periods; crash and diagnostic data is kept for a limited period to resolve stability issues.

7. Your rights

• GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, and non-discrimination.
• Other regions (LGPD, PIPEDA, etc.): equivalent rights under applicable law.

Because the App has no accounts, we cannot identify you by name. To exercise a right, contact us at the email below and include your advertising ID and relevant device details so we can act on the request with our partners.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

10. Data security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Third-party content

Pebble Browser lets you access websites and content operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or their privacy practices; please review their policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
