Privacy Policy

Genart AI: AI Art Generator ("the App", "Genart AI", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Genart AI is an AI photo and art editor that turns your photos into AI-generated artwork and provides tools to enhance image quality, expand images, remove backgrounds, and remove objects. You do not need to create an account to use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data described below. We do not ask you to register an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or precise GPS location.

a) Information you provide

• Photos and images you choose to edit. When you use a cloud AI feature (art generation, enhance, expand, image-to-image styling, object removal), the image you select — together with any text prompt you type — is sent to a third-party AI processing service (see Section 3) to produce your result. We do not use your photos to build advertising profiles.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device and advertising identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID) and general device information (model, OS version, language).
• Approximate location derived from your IP address by advertising and analytics partners (we do not access GPS/precise location).
• App activity — in-app interactions, features used, and similar usage events.
• Purchase status — records of subscriptions and credit-pack purchases processed by Google Play (we never receive your full payment card details).
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics to keep the App stable.

Image processing that runs entirely on your device — such as on-device background removal and on-device safety (NSFW) detection — is not transmitted to us and is not covered by the collection above.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App and its AI features.
• Process your credits, subscriptions, and purchases.
• Show and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
• Analyze usage to fix bugs and improve the App.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and child-safety violations (see Section 8).
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may receive data as described. Please review their privacy policies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data with the third-party services listed in Section 3 (advertising, analytics, attribution, payments, and AI processing), for legal reasons (to comply with law or protect rights and safety), and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale).

Because the App serves personalized ads, some U.S. state privacy laws may treat the associated sharing of identifiers for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out of personalized ads via the in-app ad-consent choice and by resetting your Advertising ID (see Section 3).

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

• Consent — personalized advertising and, where required, analytics.
• Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Contract / legal obligation — processing purchases and meeting legal requirements.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics partners retain identifiers according to their own retention periods. Crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority (GDPR); to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing or targeted advertising of your data, and to non-discrimination (CCPA/CPRA); and similar rights under other laws (e.g. LGPD, PIPEDA).

Because the App has no user accounts, please make requests by emailing us at contact@tranquilmind.co and include your Android Advertising ID and relevant device details so we can locate any associated data.

8. Children's Privacy & Child Safety Standards

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact contact@tranquilmind.co and we will delete it.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Genart AI: AI Art Generator, operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These Child Safety Standards form part of this Privacy Policy and apply to all users of the App.

Prohibited conduct. It is strictly prohibited to use the App to create, request, upload, generate, share, promote, or facilitate any material that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. This prohibition covers images, video, audio, text, and AI-generated output, and expressly includes the sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, solicitation, and trafficking. It applies both to the input you provide and to any content the App's AI is asked to generate.

Prevention and response. We take the following measures:

• The App includes on-device safety (NSFW) detection designed to block the generation and display of explicit sexual content.
• We prohibit the conduct above in our Terms of Service and may remove content and suspend or terminate access for any violation.
• Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, we will report it to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate local authorities, and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
• We aim to comply with applicable child-safety laws and to align with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

Reporting. To report suspected CSAE/CSAM or any child-safety concern in the App, contact our child-safety point of contact at contact@tranquilmind.co. We review reports and act promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Third-Party Content

The App uses third-party AI services and displays styles and content that are not part of the initial download. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or links; please review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
