Fetchly Downloader ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Fetchly Downloader is a utility that lets you download and save videos from services such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and more. You do not need to create an account to use it.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal details. The App collects only data that is generated automatically as you use it and that is needed to run ads, measure performance, and keep the App stable:
- Device & advertising identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID).
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region level, for ad delivery and fraud prevention).
- App activity & diagnostics — in-app actions, ad interactions, crash logs, and performance data.
- Technical device data — device model, operating-system version, language, and network type.
Links you paste and the media you download are processed on your device to fetch the content; we do not use them to build a profile of you.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate the App and its download features.
- Show and measure advertising (including via mediation partners).
- Analytics, crash reporting, and product improvement.
- Fraud prevention and security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following data-transmitting SDKs. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

Ad consent (UMP). Where required (e.g. the EEA/UK), we present a Google-certified consent message before serving personalized ads. You can change your choice later in the App's settings.
Reset / opt out of the advertising ID. You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the automatically-collected data described above with the third-party partners in Section 3 so they can deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, and keep the App stable; for legal reasons; or in a business transfer. Because we use personalized advertising, some U.S. state laws may treat this data sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising — you can opt out via the ad-consent controls and your device's ad settings.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)
- Consent — personalized ads and analytics where consent is required.
- Legitimate interests — core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and improvement.
- Legal obligation — where the law requires processing.
6. Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention periods; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period.
7. Your rights
- GDPR (EEA/UK): access, correct, delete, port, object, restrict, withdraw consent, and complain to a Data Protection Authority.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, and non-discrimination.
- Other regions (LGPD, PIPEDA, etc.): equivalent rights under local law.
Because the App has no accounts, please include your Android Advertising ID and device details when you contact us so we can locate any associated data. Contact us at the email in Section 13.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children. The minimum age to use the App is 13 (or the higher age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
10. Data security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and other reasonable measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Third-party content
The App lets you access and download content hosted by third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). That content and those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for third-party content and you are responsible for respecting the rights of content owners.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Policy.
