Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FameRing mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://policy.tranquilmind.co/famering/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use FameRing. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App presents an age gate and is not intended for children under 13.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent the law expressly permits.
3. The service
FameRing is an entertainment and prank simulator. It plays pre-recorded "video call" clips and scripted chat replies from fictional AI characters so you can stage fake incoming calls, chat for fun, schedule surprise calls, record and share your reaction, and create your own characters on your device. Every call, character, voice, and message is simulated — there are no real calls, no real conversations, and no real people or celebrities. Availability may vary by region and may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
4. Ads
FameRing is free to download and use and is supported by advertising. You may be offered optional rewarded ads — you can choose to watch a short ad to unlock certain content or features; watching is always your choice. The App has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to your consent choices and device ad settings as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or harm others; disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; bypass ads, access controls, or technical limitations; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the App; or infringe our or others' rights. You must not use the App to create, request, or share any content that is illegal, abusive, or that exploits or endangers minors (see our Child Safety Standards in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, software, trademarks, characters, artwork, audio, and other content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors and are protected by law. All characters are original, fictional AI personas; any resemblance to real persons, public figures, or events is coincidental and unintended, and FameRing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real person, brand, team, or franchise. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation. Content you create in the App remains yours; you are responsible for it and confirm you have the rights to any photo or material you add.
7. Third-party services and content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, and attribution), each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. It is for entertainment only and does not provide professional advice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
