Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreamatic mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. The Service
Dreamatic is a vertical short-drama streaming app offering bite-sized episodes across romance, billionaire, mafia, werewolf, and youth-love genres. Availability of specific titles may vary by region and change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads
- The App is free to download. You can watch free episodes and daily picks at no cost.
- You may unlock individual episodes by watching a rewarded advertisement or by spending coins. Coins are a virtual, in-app credit only; they have no monetary value, are not redeemable or transferable for cash or any other asset, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- The App offers optional Dreamatic VIP subscriptions and other purchases through Google Play Billing. Prices and plan details are shown in the App before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and your applicable consumer-protection rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; disrupt or interfere with the App or its servers; bypass or circumvent paywalls, advertising, unlock mechanics, or access controls; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or download content; or infringe our or any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, software, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All series and characters are works of fiction; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their respective owners, and their appearance in the App does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment processing) and streams licensed and third-party content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, including advertisements shown in the App.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will meet your expectations. The App is for entertainment only and does not provide professional advice of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The venue for disputes is Hanoi, Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under your local law are preserved.
