Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DreamRing mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent the law expressly allows.
3. The Service
DreamRing is an entertainment app that simulates "fake" / prank video calls and chats with original AI characters using pre-recorded clips. It does not provide real calls, real communication, or interaction with real people or public figures. Availability may vary by region and change over time; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads
The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It also offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (for example, to remove ads or unlock additional content) processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, defraud, or harm others (including by misusing simulated calls to deceive or threaten anyone); disrupt or interfere with the App; bypass ads, paywalls, or access controls; use bots or scrapers; or infringe any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, trademarks, characters, clips, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. All characters, names, images, voices, and messages are fictional and AI-generated for entertainment; any resemblance to real persons is coincidental, and the App is not affiliated with or endorsed by any real person or brand. Third-party marks belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments (see the Privacy Policy for the full list). Each is subject to its own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The App is for entertainment only and does not provide professional advice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are preserved.
