App: Clean Space Effective: July 23, 2026 Last Updated: July 28, 2026

Clean Space ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Clean Space is a photo and storage cleaner that helps you find duplicate and similar photos, large files, and free up space on your device. You do not need to create an account to use it, and the App does not ask you to sign in.

On-device processing. Scanning your gallery and detecting duplicate or similar photos happen entirely on your device. Your photos and videos are not uploaded to us or to any third party. The App only uses media access to find what can be cleaned; it never moves, copies, or transmits your media without your action. Where the App shows a list of your installed apps (App Manager) or storage usage, that information is read and displayed only on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your photos, videos, or file contents — these stay on your device. The App (through the third-party services in Section 3) automatically collects a limited set of technical data that leaves the device:

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or account credentials, because the App has no login and no such features.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

We do not use your photos or videos for any of the above — they are processed only on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs, which may receive the technical data described above. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

Ad consent (UMP / GDPR). When required (for example in the EEA/UK), the App shows a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before serving personalized ads, so you can accept or decline personalized advertising. You can change your choice later from the App where the consent option is offered.
Reset or opt out of the advertising ID. You can limit ad tracking or reset your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (Android). Resetting it, or enabling "Delete/Opt out of Ads personalization", limits personalized advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited technical data above with the advertising, analytics, and attribution partners listed in Section 3 so they can provide their services, and we may disclose information where required by law or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition).

U.S. state privacy notice. Because the App serves personalized advertising, the sharing of advertising/device identifiers with ad partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" (for targeted advertising) under certain U.S. state laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA in California). You can opt out of personalized ads via the UMP consent form and by resetting/limiting your Advertising ID as described in Section 3.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (for personalized ads and, where required, analytics); legitimate interests (core functionality, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement); and legal obligation (compliance with applicable law). You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to each partner's retention periods; crash and diagnostic data are kept for a limited period to diagnose and fix issues.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us at the email in Section 12. Because the App has no account, please include your Advertising ID and relevant device details in your request so we can identify the associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used to protect your data.

10. Data Security

All data collected by the App is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
