Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Call Vibe mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service

Call Vibe is a caller ID, spam-call blocker, and unread-message tracker for Android. It identifies incoming calls, warns you about suspected spam or scam calls, helps screen unwanted calls, and helps you track unread messages. Caller ID and spam detection are provided for your convenience and may not identify every number correctly. Availability may vary by region and device, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Ads

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising provided through third-party ad networks. Ads may be personalized where you have consented and where permitted by law; you can manage your ad choices as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to disrupt or interfere with the App or its security; not to bypass ads or access controls; not to use bots, scrapers, or automated means; and not to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, and diagnostics), each subject to its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Caller ID and spam/scam warnings are informational only, are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and should not be solely relied upon. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer rights are preserved.
