Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloom Drama mobile application (the "App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content, except as permitted by law.
3. The Service
The App streams short-form drama series. Content is provided for entertainment only. Availability of titles and features may vary by region and change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Rewarded Ads
- The App is free to download. Some episodes can be unlocked for free by watching a rewarded advertisement.
- We offer optional subscriptions (e.g. weekly, monthly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlock the full library and remove unlock gates.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt the App or its security; attempt to bypass paywalls, ads, or access controls; use bots or scrapers; or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, trademarks, and all content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All series are works of fiction; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply affiliation.
Copyright complaints. If you believe that content available in the App infringes your copyright, please email contact@tranquilmind.co with a description of the work, the episode or title concerned, and your contact details. We review every notice and remove or disable access to infringing content.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, payments) and may stream licensed or third-party content. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is an entertainment product and does not provide professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tranquil Mind Technology JSC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless mandatory local consumer law grants you rights in your own country.
