Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurora Drama mobile application ("the App"), operated by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the App or its content, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. The Service
Aurora Drama streams short, vertical drama series in bite-sized episodes, with search, personalized recommendations, watchlists, resume, and subtitles. Availability of content and features may vary by region and change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
4. Coins, Subscriptions, Purchases, and Ads
- The App is free to download and offers many episodes for free.
- The App is ad-supported. You can earn in-app coins by watching rewarded ads and through referrals. Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable except as required by law, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You can unlock premium episodes with coins, buy coin packs (one-time purchases), or subscribe to an optional Premium plan (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
- All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; disrupt or interfere with the App or its servers; bypass or circumvent paywalls, ads, coins, or access controls; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access content; or infringe any intellectual-property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by Tranquil Mind Technology JSC or its licensors. All drama series are works of fiction; names, characters, and events are fictional, and any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. Third-party marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, attribution, and payments) and streams licensed and third-party content, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and nothing in the App constitutes professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranquil Mind Technology JSC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with venue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are preserved.
